Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so refunds are limited to the cases below. Refund is given when: payment was taken but the product was never delivered; or the product is materially different from what the product page describes and we cannot fix it within 7 working days. Refund is not given for: change of mind after delivery; missing third-party API accounts that the buyer was required to arrange; hosting or server problems on the buyer's side; or a request made after the source code has been downloaded and installed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
